Wow there sure are a lot of book covers surfacing early on! I'm pretty sure there weren't this many this early for P&TF. Definitely not for Enchanted. :lol way to go Disney!

Hair-Raising Facts About Disney’s ‘Tangled’ (Minor Spoilers)

Thanks for those facts sotiris, you are so good at always finding these fantastic things for the film we may never have found or gotten to have! Those facts are great, and make me way even more excited, I can't even believe the fog symbolism!

Prince Kido, you illustrated the book "Rapunzel's Tale"? I really, really like the cover for that one and that is great, lovely art! So you can do very cute and lovable and very classical and lovely!

nomad, good trailer, can't wait to see it finished! But I don't like the Danny Elfman music or the pop songs...

Skyler, awesome trailer. Okay, I have to admit I liked this one most, except the sayings of Flynn totally clash with the classic music.

But all trailers we have gotten have...been huge letdowns. All of them except the teaser that didn't have the title yet. Honestly.

Can anyone believe this is Disney's 50th animated feature? If it really was, I would say it would (seamlessly/successfully) mix hand-drawn with CGI, just freaking look better and more Disney, tell a story a little more faithful to the original, be more classic, mixing the old and new forms of Disney's past movies, and of course have the title "Rapunzel". But, nope. I guess one thing's more important, that it makes money, and I tell you, I think it would make more money with the things I suggested.

What a HORRIBLE CD cover! I'm not too surprised. I'll be picking it up for sure that day. But if I can hold off listening until after I see the film...

I like the picture, but--like every other piece of marketing they've had--it's a bit inappropriate for a CD cover.

Hey, but it's the music inside that counts!

And oddly enough... I wasn't too crazy about this particular piece of work used as a teaser poster for the film, but I don't hate it as album artwork... Hmm...

So I bought some Tangled books and read the junior novelization. It's a really great plot. Lots of twists and action and romance. It's not crude or anything at all. There's a lot of cute scenes with Rapunzel and Flynn. Gothel is also a wonderfully cruel villain.

It's just good. Go see it.

Thanks!

Dear Disney Enthusiasts,

I'd like to thank those of you who have been posting the latest info. I logged on here, and I was able to see large photos of the book covers before I had even logged onto Amazon.com! Cool! You don't know how much I've been wanting to see those covers!

I'm totally resisting the temptation to listen to ANY official "Tangled" music, 'cause I'd like to give myself until Halloween to finish writing the story, and the music, that I've been working on.

Of course, I am totally interested in the REST of the "Tangled" news! Like you didn't know THAT!

I'm really wanting some "Tangled" merch. right now, and I've written an official "Tangled" Wish List:

* Articulated Rapunzel doll from The Disney Store
* Flynn Rider doll from The Disney Store
* 17-inch tall Singing Rapunzel doll from The Disney Store
* "Tangled" soundtrack
* Light Up the Night coloring book
* Beyond the Tower coloring book

I love turning coloring pages into really pretty pictures, because they can always be used as creative backdrops for doll photos, etc.

I also think that once the DVD of "Tangled" is released, someone should totally use Mandy Moore's "Candy" song in a "Tangled" music video for YouTube!

Thank you in advance for your replies.

She could be wearing a wig  I like Rapunzel's dress but I don't really care for Flynns outfit. He looks like a ballroom dancer. 8)

I'm also a bit surprised that her hair is blonde when she's getting married. But I like her outfit. I like Flynn's as well.

I don't get why they have that doll set.... In the junior novel (and every book), they don't get married at the end.... (Just putting that in white just in case)

Special delivery from France. True that it is the same international trailer, but this trailer has the name, "Rapunzel," instead of, "Tangled." See for yourself if you want to.

Here is another movie poster from France. Same art, but different words.

P.S. Does anyone know what it says in English? Just a thought.
