Except for the Ducktales dvd (which they brought back paired with Donald In Mathmagic Land) when a prize goes away it doesn't come back. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the vacation for 4 to return. I doubt it will. I'm hoping that they'll add some new sculptures as I've gotten all the good ones between my account and the ones my relatives have (& sent me the figurines). I have 15 (with # 16 on its way) sculptures. Nothing left I want. They've added sculptures on occasion and I hope they add more again.

This program could and should be a lot cooler then it is, but once again, Disney misses the boat and pulls a half a$% effort in their stuff.

Mr. Incredible sculpture has gone from quantities limited to out of stock. It'll probably be removed from the site soon. Sure wish they'd add some new sculptures as pickins are getting slim. I don't like or want the Princesses or the Poppins and have all the rest.

Oh please. You know no other country even has "movie rewards"? How ungrateful can people get? They're under no obligation to run any such scheme.

Helps to have friends & family who have accounts & love Disney. I sure wish they'd add more sculptures. Hate to have to get those lame Princesses &/or 6,000 point Poppins Lenox figurine but I will if nothing else is added.

I wish DMR would offer a membership in D23 as a reward. If they did, I would jump on that in a second. I know that they offer the first issue of the D23 magazine, but I already picked that up at Disneyland the first day it was offered.

Today I got the D23 magazine from DMR, it was in good condition there were no holes or tears in it. It's a pretty good magazine, but I don't think I will subscribe to it I can't bring myself to spend $75 on a magazine subscription.

Yes, that's right, Disney or any other manufacturer can just put out what ever product and we all have to bow before them in praise? Come on, really? Would Walt ever do that or much less think he could get away with that?
Look, you have something there with the whole "being grateful thing," however there is also a point where if you are going to do something you should do it right or don't do it at all. Their old programs where you would mail away for a DVD or Video was perfect! Then they turned it into this, which isn't bad as it does open it up to a few more things for people who may not want just DVD's, but it could have been far better.
A major improvement would be the DVD's they offer. They used to offer up far better titles. They really need to do this again. Ok, so they rather offer up their "Disney Movie Club Exclusives" instead? Then offer them ALL up and don't do this bundle crud that they have going on!
Then you get into the CD's they offer. Interesting how the same CD's they have on the Rewards Program are also the same one on their bargain bin vie their online store. It's fine having thous, but they should offer up some more premium titles as well.

Why should they do that? They want to sell those. Of course what they're going to offer is going to be the slow sellers or those they have on discount elsewhere. Don't you get it - they're FREE! You're really seriously saying because they don't offer exactly what you think they should, they shouldn't even bother?
As for what Walt would do - how does anyone know what Walt would do. For a start, Walt didn't have corporate shareholders holding tens of thousands of shares in pension schemes to answer to. Business today is totally different to bussiness in the 60's. Look how every single major company runs its business today compared to in the 60's. Would GM have even considered shutting down American plants in the 60's and opening them up in Mexico simply because the labour costs were cheaper back then? Would a C.E.O. who implemented that plan had been named Forbes Businessman of the Year had he done it in 1965 or would he have inspired revulsion throughout the nation?
Out of interest did Walt ever give anything out for free just so anyone can make a comparison?

Walt wouldn't do a half A#$ effort. If he was going to do something, he would do it right. In his day, Hollywood Studios didn't give things out for free, so fair enough, we have no idea what he would have done or if he would even have done this. But, like I said already, if he did, he would not have cut corners.
The point of the Rewards Program is to get people to buy a ton of Disney DVD's and Blue-rays. The rewards are incentives to buy more then you may even normally buy to get "free stuff." Frankly, it does not do it's job.

I got my issue of Disney Twenty Three in the mail yesterday. I was happy that it came in good condition. I am already halfway through it and I think that it is a good magazine.
I got the summer issue today, which I ordered off DisneyStore.Com Saturday.

My D23 magazine arrived with a crimp in the spine that broke the paper.
Sure, it was a choice I made, but I was not impressed with the publication and sure do regret having made such a choice -- I could've redeemed those points for a DVD!

That's exactly what happened with me. It also had a dig in the center of the cover that caused a dent throughout the mag.

I, for some really odd reason, cannot log on to my account. I've used the same member name (which is my parents email; I was underage at the time) and my school ID number (which I've had since 7th grade). I have no idea why I cannot log on; all I really wanted to do was print the paper so that I can send in my Up ticket. Any suggestions? I already tried the password and member name notifier-thing, but it doesn't work. I can't even get a password for just putting in the email address (however, I got four member names for the email; which makes no sense since I didn't make them). Anyone?

That would be my other issue. I have a hard time logging in myself most times as well.

But this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I just tried again with the same result. I guess I'll have to call them to see what's going on (though I wonder if they'll actually help me).

Troubles Logging Into DMR Site

We have noticed the past few posts stating that there are troubles logging into the Disney Movie Rewards site and some mention of receiving multiple member names using the Forgot Member Name tool.
Disney Movie Reward shares the same registration information with Disney.com. If you are using "Forgot Member Name" at DiseyMovieRewards.com, you will receive all member names used not only at Disney Movie Rewards, but Disney.com as well.
There may be a chance that your member name for Disney Movie Rewards has changed to a member name used elsewhere at Disney.com. Please try you Disney Movie Rewards password with any of the member names received to access your account.

Looks like they added some cool new stuff since I last checked.
Mickey necklace and earrings, a donald and minnie D23 pin set, and a donald and minnie D23 pin set set with a Disney Newsreel.
I really want the pin set with the Newsreel - it looks so cool. I currently have 875 points (along with 100 points on the way from my Up tickets) and it's 1550 points. It says "Quantities Limited" though, and that scares me that I won't be able to save up enough points to get it. I'll need 575 more points. I wish there was a fast way!
