I don't know if this is legit or not, but someone
on Tumblr has posted the length of the songs:
And here are new images of Mattias and the Nokk (

I'm happy that Frozen II is going to dispel that nonsense about Tarzan being their brother. Not that it really mattered cause in Tarzan you can clearly see the British flag and Frozen was confirmed to be set in Norway in Olaf's Frozen Adventure, but some people were not convinced I guess.

I don't think anyone thought of that as canon. It was just a fun joke.

I'm so glad that this was finally spoken out against. There were really hordes of online fans who believed this bunk which shocks me. Although I don't think you need to spoiler tag it.

What truly shocks me is how it was made so much out of it in the first place. That it was even brought up by the media. It was just like if the world had never heard a Disney fan theory before. Did it really have become a headline?

The real reason was probably because
they needed Anna to be 21 years old in order for her to become the new queen.
farerb wrote:It just now occurred to me that with Frozen 2 they finally dropped the pretense that Anna is the main character of this franchise.
Well, it's clear that Anna was intended to be the main character from the start. Aside from the "Let It Go" sequence, Elsa doesn't do much. Anna is the one with the 'I Want' song, Anna is the one who goes on the hero's quest, and she is the one who ultimately saves the day. But Elsa became the most popular character for obvious reasons and Disney is well aware of that so they're naturally centering the sequel around her this time around.
D82 wrote:Apparently, the Romanian singing voice of Elsa posted a photo from the recording booth in which an image from the song "Show Yourself" appears along with some of the lyrics.
Really digging Elsa with her hair down. It's refreshing seeing her like that after appearing in every single piece of merchandise with that one braid for so long.
Jennifer Lee: Even the short, anything that was done peripherally wasn't canon to us. We didn't have to worry about that. Our job was to put these two films together seamlessly as one. So it just felt like, that's it. I also love that you could have the two look like an Anna and Elsa. They're sisters standing next to each other.

It's interesting that Lee doesn't even consider Frozen Fever which she co-directed as canon. Coincidentally, her imagining the Roman numerals as two people standing next to each other is the same thought process that went into naming the game console Wii.
This is the only piece of merch I've seen so far that is a bit spoiler-y.

If those running times are legit, and I believe they are, that would mean Iduna's song is a full two-minute song! I thought it was just a short lullaby.

They don't need to see the sequel for that. The producer has already debunked that theory in the press.

I know that I'm repeating myself, but this has always been my main gripe with the first film. Elsa is the one who goes through the biggest struggle in the film and is after all the catalyst for the main events. Therefore she should've been giver a bigger focus than she was given, but since her screentime was reduced, it hampered her characterization. I'm not implying that Elsa needed to be the main protagonist, but for a character who revolves around her huge and impacting struggle, she needed to be given more screentime and characterization. And yes, Elsa does little otherwise. Wonder if she'll be the main character in this sequel or if both sisters will share similar screentime.

Anyway, here's a new Japanese trailer:

Okay guys, I have been laying off the board to rely mostly on the trailers for info, but I do need a recap through this question:
Is Matthias the villain?

I like those posters. They're minimalistic, yet still compelling and fine, nonetheless.
