Ok I finally watched mine yesterday, the picture and sound quality was amazing as usual... but anything THX certified is of top notch quality. I didnt get to watch too many special features but I did watch the music video with Vanessa Williams and I have to say that it disapoints me that they didnt even bother to remaster it or the sing a long songs.... mostly the sing a long songs is what bothers me.. they totally could have re done a sing a long for the animated ones EASILY.... you can tell that they just grabbed them from the gold collection release and lazily slapped them onto the 2 disc edition...

Here's something weird: I have both 2001 R2 DVD and VHS edition of "Pocahontas" and "If I Never Knew You" is included as a bonus feature on the DVD, while it's completely restored on the VHS. How's that possible? :?

Weird :o when this will be out? thought Pocahontas looks really off-model on the cover.
How many discs is this? I might buy it,I don't have Pocahotnas on DVD.

When will that be released? I agree with the way she looks on the cover -- definitely not like herself.

This is the cover it deserved :P Yes it's off-model, but that'll probably be edited.

ugh, very true. I hope so too!

btw, was the Aladdin MME released in the US? I don't think it was - maybe more attention will be paid to its US release when it is.

Pocahontas is a beautiful movie (And don't froget that it's a Princess movie),Hercules will be re-released someday but hopefully Hunchback won't be.

Yeah :D I think that the Aladdin MME was released only in Europe.
I wonder what other movies will get a MME,now only Princess films got those editions (Aladdin and Pocahontas),maybe Enchanted sometime? (Not recently, the DVD was just released),I wonder about other movies.

Somebody forgot to take their sane pills today.

Hunchback is the most visually beautiful work Disney has done since Sleeping Beauty. It better be re-released and it better be soon.

So is this new Pocahontas set a Euro exclusive release like the last "Musical Masterpiece" film? Or will it be the movie to launch what looks to be a new collection of sorts here in North America? Come to think of it, both Hercules and Hunchback would fit into this collection perfectly.

I don't think anyone needs sane pills.
I don't like Hunchback at all,I think it's a bad movie.
And back on topic-I think that Pocahontas in Pocahontas II was more on-model then how she's on this cover.
