Come to think of it, didn't this show have any music for Ariel? Or did they just forget that singing ability is part of Ariel's character like they forgot what a sea palace is supposed to look like? At least Ursula's actor could sing, I guess...

It’s noted in the above press release, but I just wanted to point it out here, as well: Jodi Benson will be guest starring in this season of Disney Junior’s Ariel as the new character, Marina Neptina, Ariel’s favorite singer.

Jodi showing up on this show was on my wish list for this new series, so I’m quite pleased!

Me too! I love Jodi and I've been waiting for this. She'll probably have a song, since she plays a singer. I can't wait!
