A reinvented version of "The Siamese Cat Song"
will be in the movie, so it's likely that the characters will speak and sing, but as far as I know, that hasn't been confirmed yet.

The last bit where the woman says "They told me they were out of the special" was funny.

Yeah, that was funny, and so was what Tramp said. But...it's so...magicless.

I had the same two thoughts, but to be fair, that's just part of the scene, maybe it'll be different when we watch the whole thing.

I feel like movies that depend on dead-eyed CGI animals don't work very well. I think movies that are about humans that have "dead-eyed" CGI animals work because they aren't all about the animals. I know Jungle Book worked ok, but this movie...I'm feeling nothing except the humor at the spaghetti scene.

Still no announcement of voice actresses or a voice actress for Si and Am ?
In English they have same voice actress( Peggy Lee . BBut in both of the swedish dubbs each cat have a different voice. The first swedish dub cast two thirds of swedish trio of singer sisters !
The secend dubbcast Bo Peep's feture swedish and an actress i can't i find anything about at all online. Likey because the official swedish credits by Disney probably misspelled her name.

Great.
Yes, her last name is misspelled in Disney's official credits. Her last name is supposed to be spelled with a "s" not with a "z". It is Annika Metsä.
In the past, spelling the actors' names 100% correct was not so important. That has been tightened up in recent years. Nowadays, it can be critical to spell the name exactly as on the driver's license.

Their voices have been finally revealed. Their gender has been changed and they're now called Devon and Rex:
Another big change is to the Siamese cats Si and Am who are now named Devon and Rex and are voiced by musicians Nate Wonder and Roman GianArthur, respectively. The original film’s problematic “Siamese Cat Song” has been replaced by an entirely new tune performed by this duo.

The song that replaces "The Siamese Cat Song" is titled "What a Shame":
The wildly offensive “Siamese Cat Song”— sung in the original by a white woman doing an exaggerated Chinese accent for Aunt Sarah’s two Siamese cats—has rightfully been cut and replaced by a blues number, “What a Shame.” Sung by Nate Wonder and Roman GianArthur, frequent collaborators of Janelle Monae (who voices Peg the Pekingese), it’s fairly forgettable, and the cats themselves—now European shorthairs—look so terrible it’s creepy.

Disney is really desperate on the whole "let's revive a 50 year old movie which may not fit to today's sensibilities", huh?
