Hola! I loved Navidad! I've watched it almost twenty times! While I like A Day to Remember, Navidad is my favorite holiday special so far. It has heart, brings back old characters while introducing new ones and the songs are wonderful! My favorite is Let Love Light the Way! That song should be on the radio! It's exactly what we need to hear in these times. It reminds us what truly matters. Isa broke my heart. I'm glad Elena was able to come through for her little sister. I love Christina! I hope we see her again! I give Navidad a ten/ten!

thinking it over I think I may have liked both equally. I just found the "plot" of the Holiday one a bit predictable. Does anyone know when the next new episode will air?

I didn't find Navidad all that predictable myself. I was surprised by a few things-especially the parranda! Smile! The next new episode is called Olaball. It airs in February. I'm excited to meet gabe's familia! Also, a new soundtrack is being released on ITunes next month as well! I'm guessing we'll get details closer to the release date.

I hope the show continues to air on Disney Channel and doesnt get moved to Jr.
I wonder if we'll get an episode about the Zorro-ish masked bandit Elena sword fights with in the intros.

So what did everyone think of Song of the Sirenas? I LOVED it! I've watched it 47 times! Marisa is my new favorite character! I Love Marzel too! Marisa is brave, compassionate and isn't afraid to stand up for others and make her dreams come true! I love how Marisa stuck by Elena and wouldn't leave her side-no matter what! My favorite songs are A New Tale and Our Chance! What did everyone else think of the special?

Sotiris, do you know what the status of Elena of Avalor is? I haven't been able to catch up with the show and Im just curious if its still continuing, especially since there's rumors for plans for a Latina princess film now.

Elena of Avalor is one of my family’s favorites but I am glad it is ending mostly because I want it to end as a semi-cohesive story and not to drag on for season after season rambling the way Sofia the First seemed to.

Disney Channel has announced a group of guest voice actors for EoA's final season.
In a tweet by Disney Channel's PR Twitter account
seen in an article on LordsOfPain.net (a wrestling news site), the guests will include Auli'i Cravalho (though presumably not as Moana), Tony Shalhoub, Sofia Carson and (the reason that I am quoting from a wrestling news site) wrestler Roman Reigns.

In addition to the guest voice actors from my last post, we can add Disney's first official Jewish princess.
Kveller.com reports that Jamie-Lynn Sigler (best known as Meadow on "The Sopranos") will portray a princess from "a Latino Jewish kingdom" in both a Hanukkah-themed episode and--in the words of a Tweet seen in the article--"Elena's royal coronation special."

Actually, the Hanukkah-themed episode WILL be Elena's coronation special, per
this article from the website for the long-running BBC children's news programme "Newsround."
