Ach. The continuity bothers me, simple as that. XP

Doesn't the words, "Ever After," remind you of, "Forever After," from DreamWorks Animation's, "Shrek Forever After." Just a thought. Speaking of that movie by the way, too bad Disney's, "Tangled," couldn't take down Shrek's box office, but for the record, it's a hit Disney movie in every way.

The poster looks lovely - Max and Pascal look amazing

I wish we'd see a bit more of her dress!

"Happily Ever After" was around MUCH longer than "Shrek Forever After" has been. They are not copying Shrek. The are playing off of the well known ending of every single fairy tale, and making it fit with Rapunzel and Flynn's "Tangled" life.

And Rapunzel's last line in the movie is "And we lived happily ever after."

I really hope this short is good. How long is it, does anyone know?

Guys, on Cartoon Brew they called this a TV special for 2012. I don't think it's the upcoming short.

I don't like the poster...it looks too 'Dreamworksy' (it especially resembles some of the posters for Shrek 2).

That's just a technicality. This is the short. Instead of releasing it theatrically, they're gonna just broadcast it on the Disney Channel. So, from being a "short", it got renamed into a "TV special".

Just because it's being premiered on TV means it isn't a short? Sure, it's not a "theatrical short", but it's still a "short".

I think of that awful Shrek like Cinderella retelling called "Happily N'ever After. :brick:

The top of Rapunzel's wedding dress looks too similar to her purple one, but I like how she's wearing the stolen tiara. And Pascal's purple bowtie is cute. :P

I hope her dress is completely different to the dresses we seen in the first movie. The title isn't really an issue for me ... i wonder why the stabbington brothers are there??/ Looks interesting :P

The Vicar looks like a good character 8)

I wish Rapunzel's parents were in the poster... surely they will pay a more important role in a wedding short (walking down the isle etc.)

Yeah, the ‘Ever After’ in the title reminds me of ‘Forever After’ in the Shrek title. The poster also reminds me of the Shrek 2 theatrical poster, where they had the blue sky background with a bunch of the characters huddled around. Misleading marketing aside, I didn’t really care for the movie enough to be interested in this cash grab television special.

I know! I'm really disappointed in that! Maybe not enough room for them???

If they are, I'd rather they don't speak. I found that rather endearing of their characters!

I agree! They were really humble and it was just so heart touching to see them in the movie. (But they should definitely be in the poster!)

Does anyone else like the look of the vicar/priest? I think he looks awesome :)
