Romney : Obama DIDN'T raise taxes.
Doesn't that kind of go against the Republicans saying not long ago that he had raised taxes? I love the look on Paul Ryan's face there, you can almost see him thinking "seriously, we picked THIS guy?!" I just got back from two weeks in America so having seen the reaction to Romney's "47% of the country won't vote for me" gaffe and now this, I hope for the sake of not only Americans but of everyone around the world that Obama is re-elected. Romney came here to Britain for a brief visit just before the Olympics and managed to offend a lot of people in this country when he criticised our preparations for the games so I dread to think how he would handle dealing with countries like Syria and Iran if he can't come here for a couple of days without blundering.

Especially when Romney is fast becoming the second coming of Bush.

Watch this very carefully. Howard Stern has hit the nail on the head. I really think that this is the best thing to happen from Howard Stern in the last couple of years.

What does that prove, besides that there are some people out there who really need to pick up a newspaper or turn on the news? If they were to do the same to people who were voting for Romney they would get exactly the same results; some people don't have a clue and some of those people will be voting for Romney, not just Obama. This is a miniscule minority of people who will vote and most of the population, whether they vote for Obama or Romney, will do so based on an informed opinion of which man represents the brighter future for America.

Directed at all of you who don't read both sides of the issues, and will blindly vote for the wrong person.

If you believe ignorance is bliss, this is directed at you. If you don't pay attention to both sides of the story because you don't like hearing the truth, then you definitely need to read this carefully.

If Mr. Boortz knew his american history he would know that if Lincoln attempted to free all the slaves at once, he would've lost the border states to the confederacy and the union probably would have lost the war.
The Emancipation Proclamation was more of a promise of freedom. More of a warning to the confederacy, and a rallying call to the union. So that he was able to preserve the nation (something every president promises to do to the best of their ability when they are inaugurated).
Also, I don't think by making a historical error in a speech is digging his own hole. However, I do think saying you only want to help 53% of the country and still want to be the president is digging your own hole (and in reality, I bet mittens wants to help MUCH less than that).

That’s because the only people who would care are people like junkie, who is very-near clinically insane. It’s almost as if he’s posting to himself now. Definitely a troll.
And, let's be realistic, Mitt Romney only wants to help the 1% of the country he was born a part of. He has no concept of the problems of the average person because he has never lived that life. You might as well vote for Paris Hilton as president.

a troll on the internet is a person who simply looks to create conflict out of nothing for no reason other than amusement; not to prove a point.
Anyway, I think we all already know that a politician who said something wrong can still be in the race. Romney, anyone?

Couldn't agree more.
Just to lighten the mood, here are some of Mitt Romney's finest pearls of wisdom.
http://politicalhumor.about.com/od/mitt ... Quotes.htm
I especially like his stance on the problems in the Middle East:
"We have a potentially volatile situation but we sort of live with it, and we kick the ball down the field and hope that ultimately, somehow, something will happen and resolve it."
Why would anyone think that this man is wholly unprepared to deal with countries like Iran and Syria? Also, you can't help but admire his empathy with those people who have to rely on government aid to get by:
"There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. ... My job is not to worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives."

Clinton may have finally got this correct!!!!
For those who want to know the truth but are afraid of what they may hear.

And further, I am not a troll, I am just a person that has been affected by the goings on in Washington D.C. by our current President.
Because of Obamacare, I may be without Health Insurance beginning in January of 2013. I just received a notice in the mail from my Health Insurance carrier that my current policy, which I have had for almost ten years, is no longer going to be offered because of the cost of Obamacare. If Obama gets re-elected you have to understand that you (or your parents) are going to pay the price for his next four years in office. It won't be pretty, and those of you who think that nothing will change, better take a look at exactly what he has done for you, personally. There is not one of you on this forum that can say they are better off in the past four years, than they were before this person took office. I defy anyone on this forum to list four (4) things that he has done that haven't affected you. And one of them for sure will not be Student Loans, because even Mrs. Obama is complaining about the increase in interest rate on "her" student loans.
If you truly care about our country, and those who live in it, you had better start paying attention to what is going on that affects you and your future. Another four years of this Moron in office and the first three chapters of "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" will come to the front and we will all live under the thumb of "big brother" more than we ever have.

Since most of you are so young, this might open your eyes to what is really going on.
http://dailycaller.com/2012/08/16/levin ... n-history/
The reason some of you think Romney can't make it, is because you have been raised in a Democratic/Liberal lifestyle and having Romney/Ryan in office would put a crimp in what you like to do. We need to understand what is best for our country and our children. We grownups can't do much except look to the future of our children and grandchildren, and that's what I want to see in the future. I don't want some 'dictator' telling me what I can and can't do.

I'm gonna keep posting as long as the rest of you are sitting on your srses and not paying attention to the Conservative side of the election. Liberals are the biggest problem we have and our President has shown this with the Jobless rate over 8% for over 40 months, and taking credit for all the business by saying "You Didn't Build That!!" Here's something for you liberals to chew on:
http://dailycaller.com/2012/09/26/taxpa ... z27fs4Sgxh
And there is nothing but the truth in this story. The liberal media doesn't want you to know over 100 things about Obama that would change your mind about this election.

I've noticed this a lot recently, especially since Romney's 47% gaffe, Republicans crying out and complaining that the media are against them and defaming Romney's character. Perhaps their time would be better spend telling their presidential candidate that in the run-up to an election, it isn't wise to publicly admit that you don't care about half of the American people, or is that the media's unfair character assassination of Romney too?

As people kick back and argue 'round and 'round about Liberals and Conservative, Repulicans and Democrats, Mitt and Obama, the Police State happens. Liberty dies while everyone is distracted by an imaginary battle that can never be won.
Here's a little commentary about the Police State:
