So far on USA, they have average 2.0 minutes edited from each of the
House episodes they are showing.
Watch them on Fox during their regular run, and buy the box sets of Season one and two and you won't get any edits.

The tv show that I watch most is Two and A Half Men. It is hillarious, and it comes on every Monday. It makes the beginning of the week a little easier.

Torchwood Ep3 - The Ghost Machine
Here's the trailer for this week's episode from
YouTube.
This week's was the first episode without any Doctor Who references. At didn't spot any anyway (but the picture and sound cut out a couple of times for some strange reason). It was quite spooky, but the ending was a bit of a let down.
Oh well, it's Cybermen next week!

I'm watching The Secret Policeman's Ball: The Ball in the Hall which I recorded last night.
I've just seen Natalie Imbruglia's turn. She was absolutely brilliant with Dave Armand "miming" the lyrics to "Torn" - watching her really cheered me up. It was a real good "feelgood" performance.
But Eddie Izzard's bit. Oh Dear. He really is getting worse and worse.

Veronica Mars - The Pilot - The only thing I'm left wondering is this; Where the hell was I when they aired this?! This has got to be one of the wittiest, smartest shows I've seen in a while. For a show about high school it avoids an awful lot of cliches. Veronica is smart and very not geek-like. Not much more to add, I'm off to watch episode 2 [and episode 6 of Smallville. Woot]!

I borrowed the first season of
Veronica Mars on DVD from a friend and now I am hooked on the show. This is one of the best written stories of its genre, and all the characters are really believeable.
Does anyone out there in UD-land watch
Numbers? I was just curious, because no one ever writes about it, and last night's show was simply riveting in its storyline about the power outages in Los Angeles. I think that this show is one of better kept secrets on the CBS network.

American Dad (a show that I never watch, it's usually always terrible) - the father feels he's not appreciated at his Straight Republicans group, so he joins a group of Gay Republicans and starts "turning gay," thinking it's a choice. It was actually very entertaining, and a little funny.
The Simpsons Tree House of Horror XVII. Altogether, it's so sad to see that people are sort of right about this show. The writing quality has gone down a lot, as immediately indicatable from the horrible opening credits sequence with Mr. Burns and Smithers as the Crypt Keepers. The first part, the Blob-parody was awful, however - the second part, about The Golem was hilarous! I laughed really hard at least 4 times (Desperate House Flies - priceless!!). Then the third part, the Day the Earth Stood Still parody was too much like the Citizen Kane parody from the 7th Treehouse of Horror. But it did have 1 really funny moment where Homer shoots Disco Stu, and the End had a really important social message. So combined, the show was worth watching.
