Does these 2 dvds have slipcovers? Platinum and the Masterpiece Edition are what I am asking for. Do you know where can I get those? Does Buena Vista/Wlat Disney provides replacement of lost slipcovers, covers and inserts?

Snow White didn't, Beauty and the Beast did, and yes, Disney will replace a slipcover if you have bought an authentic DVD.

Disney would most likely replace a slip-cover as long as the title having it is still in print. However, if a slip-cover title is out-of-print, don't expect them to replace it.

I ask because my friend bought the Sleeping Beauty 2-disc DVD the first day it came out and hers didn't come with a slipcover... so now I have to call the Disney people for her and ask for a replacement slipcover. I'd be nice to know exactly what info they asked for. ^-^;
