@ nameless moderator . sorry you feel that it was a "subtle personal attack". i shall remove the whole post as you feel that this was the case. personally i thought it was if anything taking a little fun out of myself. i 'reported' myself to luke recently, & what the picture was saying was simply advice he gave me. funny how when i was getting attacks from the two (you know who) like F-ing in huge letters or words like whore being used, that was not deleted or anything though. i made a joke about myself & that was all. as there is 1 rule for 1 & 1 for another by someone who wants to silence 1 side more than the other, (the 1 actually under attack) i shall refrain from posting & both you & the attackers can think you won by silencing someone who only spoke truth. i myself would stop the attackers not the attacks, but shutting down a thread is much fairer apparrently. actually i still apologise if my picture still comes over as a subtle attack when i was pointing out i would in future completely ignore them, i would love you to explain how it could be interpreted so that i dont make that mistake again. i would be most grateful.
They've found it, they've found Noah's ark, & other stuff!

"Look, I didn't come here for an argument!"

You know, if I was "person A" (no resemblance to any actual poster on this board) and I saw a disagreeable post by "person B" (also no resemblance, yadda yadda), I would just ignore that post. If "person B" did the same when he saw posts by "person A", the board might be a happier place - Isn't Disney supposed to be "The Happiest Place on Earth?" ;)

Funny (no, I'm being serious now). But apparently, people also think it's a refuge house for religious fanatics, conservatives, and insane persons.

Tell you what, everybody, how about a nice cup of coffee? ;)

It's in French, but this version has English subtitles.

That's brilliant, Wonder (for obvious reasons). And goes great as a companion piece to littlefuzzy's "Argument Clinic" clip.

Well, I AM Christian, conservative, and probably slightly insane (note: the three aren't related!)

How's the saying go? (slightly adapted)
You don't have to be crazy to post at UD...

... but it helps!

Ya know, I look at the world, and I think there are a lot more crazy people than there are sane ones... People killing people for 30 bucks in a register, governments enacting pork-barrel laws, TV executives catering to the lowest common denominator (Disney Channel's Blam, reality shows, etc.), spammers, scammers, and other lowlifes, and so on...

All the world's an asylum, some of us are patients, and some are guards (or are they merely patients who THINK they are guards?)

Wow. Just watching that raised my blood pressure/pulse (literally!) I can feel my pulse pounding now from the end of the song...

And I'm already in trouble, I went to a Men's Health Fair today, and my blood pressure was wwwaaayyy too high!

Yeah, but I'm talking about people who cling to Disney because they need it to pretend all bad things don't exist. To (quote a very funny sitcom one-liner), "make the lambs stop screaming." Mental regressives- being conservative, you've obviously met the type (unless you're the only one you know). You know what I mean. The logically unrealistic type.

All the rest (you said) is very true.

At 27 pages and with a persistent thread derailment, I think it is time for a fresh start in a second volume. Whoever starts the second volume, be sure to link back to the first page of this thread.
