Sorry Luke this might be a stupid question  but: that date September 14th is that for any of the new Disney movies from this year? Like Lion King 2 and the three Muskeeteers that came out before the date. I mean if they are purchased after the 14th?

Not a stupid question at all. You can purchase any three Disney movies, as long as the receipts show they were purchased in that time range. For instance, the order form shows a picture of Miracle, which was released in May. Fair game...if you buy it after 9/14.

Don't forget about the Treasures that will be coming out in December. I used a Treasure purchase last year to qualify for the freebie.

House of Villians is the only one I need from the list.

Yes, there is. There's the invoice and there's the receipt in "My Account." Just make sure the ship date is between September 14 and the end of the year.

Yes, and yes. But, with the ones in slipcovers, the missing proof of purchase will be covered by that. I used to be against cutting out DVD Proofs of Purchases for redemption offers. But for a free DVD, I soon thought it was worth it. Still, I'd prefer if there were the certificates with points inside, as Disney did in 2000. No proof-of-purchase cutting required.

I hate cutting my covers too. It makes the backcover looked shabby and incomplete. I also liked those certificate thingers. I think you got 4 points if you bought a VHS and 6 points if you bought a DVD. I remember getting it when my free TLM2 from Snow White offer came, but they were expired by then. I think the point system and certificates work a lot better than cutting out a proof of purchase.

Man, the only title in the list that I don't have is Cool Runnings. I wish Disney would put some of their catalogue releases in the list of available free movies. Maybe next year.

Like I said, Amazon counts. eBay might too, if you're buying from someone's who is an authorized retailer and will give you a receipt.

THanks, so I'll have to buy from people that usually have thousands of feedbacks.

You know what would be really smart of Disney? To put some of their vault titles on the free dvd list. I'm sure they have a bunch of them just sitting inside the vault. The sales would be really good. Imagine the response of Disney fans who forgot to get Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, or some other title if it was offered on the free rebates! It would ensure that fans would buy pretty much every title available so they could get ones that they have missed. Cheapquels would be flying off the shelves!
Of course, it would be more expensive to offer the two-discs as "free" dvds, but most of the people who wanted them already have them, so they might go for Aristocats 2: Trip through Belgium instead.

---
BTW, I think this is my 50th post! :)

People who ordered Snow White from Disneystore.com or some other sites got to pick a free DVD from the Limited Issues. That's how I got my Little Mermaid DVD. Of course, though those were technically long 'out of print' by that point (Fall 2001), they didn't really disappear altogether until late the following year, I think.

Yes, that's the only Schoolhouse Rock DVD that's been released.
