Na’vi River Journey has seen its first issue with its Shaman Animatronic. Instead of Disney running the attraction without the Shaman working, they shut down the attraction for almost a full day to fix the problem.

We're at Animal Kingdom today. The first thing we did was wait in line for 50 minutes for the Pandora boat ride. It is very pretty, and the shaman Na'vi animatronic is super impressive. The ride wasn't very exciting, not even on the level of it's a small world. But it's pretty.

Then we waited for 2 hours for the Banshee ride. There are (wind) fans in the queue, which made the wait a lot more bearable. This could be the best ride in WDW. So cool.

We ended up securing a FastPass for later in the day to ride it again. Just as cool.

My only complaint is that the glasses are too big for my head, and both times I had to hold them on to make sure they wouldn't fall off. If you wear youth-sized hats/have a small head, maybe make sure you hold onto them!

The queue for the Banshee ride has some cool Avatar things...science-type, research things.

Pandora as a land is a very neat and very well-done environment. I can't wait to see it illuminated at night!

The Shaman Na'vi animatronic has been replaced by a screen:
