Re: The Enchanters (Book Series)

Disney may find it hard to make a costume of Maui, but a toy of him is easy and wouldn't be called racist.

Re: Wicked: The Musical: The Movie

Thanks Sotiris ! I still am left wondering how much you know about the Wicked story and why you thought Oz: The Great and Powerful looked better! Anyway, isn't the live vocals thing cool? And that a real made train takes Elphaba and Glinda to Emerald City?! Just like there is a real yellow brick roa...

Re: Rank the Big Four, with a twist!

Oh, ok, I getcha Disneynerd. I own the series, but haven't watched very much of it myself yet. I have so little time, and so many other things I need to do. Maybe when I retire, lol.

That's a very common one people cry at. I got the feels there at that part, too, on this watch, but didn't manage to cry.

Re: The Little Mermaid Discussion

I live with my two best friends, and the guy cries very easily. We watched The Little Mermaid, and when Triton destroyed Ariel's stuff, he cried and said something like, "You did a good thing for your daughter, didn't you?" You know, in a sarcastic way. And him crying made me see the scene...

Re: Disney Voice Actors Discussions- Jodi Benson

I am incredibly jealous of you, Albert, and Aaron! That Jodi would be your definitive Rose must mean she was, well, amazing! So she probably will be as Dolly as well. Enjoy the show! And then please tell us about it!

Re: Disney Voice Actors Discussions- Jodi Benson

Jodi was the Queen in a Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella concert. I saw a clip on YouTube. I bet she'll be great in Hello Dolly. I wonder if she would have been a great Cinderella, or would be a good Fairy Godmother or Mother Superior as has been suggested.

Re: The new Princesses being excluded from the lineup

I just accept the Disney Princess line when they call someone a princess, just to be official. But we agree on who should really be the Disney Princesses.

Re: The new Princesses being excluded from the lineup

Yes, DisneyFan09, but carolinakid knew that. He meant if there were a princess in that movie, it would be Isabela, because she is so beautiful and graceful. He knows she's not a real princess, nor are any of the other females in the movie.

Re: The Little Mermaid Discussion

You're welcome. And I want to add, the reason I like the "I think I've been struck by lightning" line by Eric in the work prints is because it ties back to how he said love would hit him "like lightning" one day.

Re: Wicked: The Musical: The Movie

Thank you for giving your opinion. Even though I don't fully agree, I get you. I at least really think it looks much better than Oz: The Great and Powerful, but have you either seen or read Wicked to have an idea of what the trailer is previewing?

Re: The Little Mermaid Discussion

I really doubt the original VHS ever had a slipcover. I thought the "I think I've been struck by lightning" line by Eric in the work prints was kinda romantic, would've liked it in the final film. Also how Triton made Ursula promise she wouldn't harm any of his daughters. I wish that was i...
